Loss or Damage

Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods, any damage in transit must be checked before signing couriers note or we will not be held responsible.

8. Valuables 8.1 The Carrier will not accept or deal with Goods that include bullion, cash, car parts, coins, negotiable instruments, precious stones, jewellery, antiques, paintings, flowers or other valuables. If such items are delivered to be handled or dealt with by the Carrier or any subcontractor or agent of the Carrier, the contract for carriage of such Goods shall be an Owner’s Risk contract so that the Carrier shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the carriage of such Goods.

Refunds

Buzzbug VW parts has the right to issue a parts credit on parts returned or to credit the amount [less restocking fee] into your account.

Restocking fee

We charge a restocking fee of 20% if the part was returned for any reason other than being the wrong part supplied.

Online Conditions of Sale

1. All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full.
2. All goods returned must be received within 7 days of date of invoice with packing slip number and date quoted.
3. Returnable goods subject to 20% HANDLING CHARGE and postage at buyers expense.
4. All goods dispatched are forwarded at customers risk. Any insurance against loss and liability for loss is customer care.
5. PROCURED and ELECTRICAL items are NOT RETURNABLE.
