1967+ 30, 30/31, and 34 PICT, 113-129-191G is the timed heating coil that opens and closes the choke based on temperature and engine run time.
The choke is needed to start an engine in cold weather.
These are designed for 12V electrical systems, and fit the 30 PICT, 30/31, and 34 PICT models of Brosol, Bocar, and Solex carburettors
